Since all Simply Lunch Box products are made Fresh Daily, our Nutritional Values are averages which are based on Standardized Recipes. Values for individual Products may vary due to variations in Serving Size. Preparation Techniques and Changes with Food Suppliers cannot Guarantee complete Accuracy of our Nutrition Information.

 

Allergens

Our food is prepared in Small Kitchens that handle Various Ingredients and common Allergens including wheat, nuts, milk, eggs and shellfish.

While we take Precautions, there is Always a Possibility that different Food Products will come into Contact. We always indicate when a product does Contain an Allergen but we cannot Guarantee any of our Recipes are allergen-free.

Every morning, we bake fresh bread for our production so every sandwich starts with the best possible base. From the first batch to the last, each loaf is made to be soft, flavorful, and perfectly fresh—never stale, never “yesterday’s.” That daily baking gives our sandwiches their signature taste, texture, and quality, and it’s one of the simplest ways we keep our promise: fresh, consistent, and made with care every single day.

Green Fleet

Reducing the Footprint

We own and maintain daily our strong Green Fleet Managed Vehicles, all exceptionally driven by our own well-trained Delivery Team, all with the help of Pioneering Temperature Logs, tracker and CO2 measuring Technology – that’s how we Deliver Daily throughout the country always Fresh, Fast and on Time.

 

When one of non contract Vehicles has completed its Delivery Schedule, it collects goods from Suppliers, which ensures the Van is not coming back Empty, thus Reducing the Carbon Footprint by not sending the vehicle out Wasting Fuel and Reducing Congestion.

Delivery Routes are Continually Assessed to Ensure Drivers are taking the Shortest most Economical Route.

HACCP Based Controls

 

We bake fresh bread every day specifically for our sandwich production, following strict food safety and quality procedures. Our baking and handling processes are managed with HACCP-based controls, including hygiene checks, cleaning schedules, temperature and time monitoring, and controlled storage to protect freshness and prevent contamination. Each batch is produced with consistent specifications and careful handling, with full traceability of ingredients and clear allergen awareness throughout production. The result is bread that is not only freshly made—but also prepared under a disciplined, quality-focused system you can trust, every single day.​​
